Q:  Birthday Wishes -- Blow out the candles and imagine what character could pop out of your cake...who is it and what book are they from?

The question this week brings smile to my face! :) My birthday is coming up soon so this question is simply perfect for my daydreaming. :P

I think Finnick Odair from Hunger Games would pop out of my birthday cake. He'd be the birthday gift itself, of course. But Peeta Mellark from Hunger Games would be the one who made my birthday cake. And he wouldn't be too happy to see me with Finnick. And then Adrian Ivashkov from Vampire Academy would come fashionably late to my party, and he would tell Finnick to back off because a vampire is the real gift, not some fisherman from district somewhere. Oh my gosh! I would finally get my long-awaited love... tetragon. Epic. *shed tears*

How about you? You may pick different character for your own love tetragon. :P

Feature & Follow Friday!

Hello! Thank you for stopping by on this post, whether you're my amazing old followers or fantastic new followers! Feature and Follow Friday is a fun meme hosted by Parajunkee & Alison Can Read.

Q: What is one book that you would be nervous to see a movie adaption of because you think the movie could never live up to the book?

The first thing that comes into my mind is Catching Fire! I'm worried whether they will find a suitable actor to play Finnick Odair! He's one of my favorite Hunger Games characters, and I only hope that the actor can show both sides of Finnick: his playful side and his fragile side! x)

Well, I'm always nervous when they make a movie adaptation of the book. Most of the time, they don't stick to the book and it's like a nightmare for me. I expect them to follow every bits and pieces of the plot in the book, so when they eliminate some scenes, it gets on my nerves! Ah, me and my sky-high expectation.

Demanding the movie to stay exactly the same with the book. Hey, it should be stated as the right of reader! :)

Follow Friday!

Hello! This is the second time I do a Follow Friday. Follow Friday is a fun weekly meme hosted at Parajunkee & Alison Can Read. So question of the week is:

Have you ever looked at book's cover and thought, This is going to horrible? But, was instead pleasantly surprised? Show us the cover and tell us about the book.

  

The Perks of Being Wallflower's cover (left one) doesn't exactly draw me in. I'm not a big fan of the color used in the cover. Plus, I know that the legs on the top right corner is supposed to be the representation of wallflower, but it kind of creeps me a bit actually. I picked this book because my friends highly recommend this and I like the title. I prefer the cover on the right side. I love the handwriting and the pink, white, and black color. I get around my cover prejudice and really like the book anyway. Can't wait to watch the movie! Logan Lerman and Emma Watson! My dream comes true. :)

Follow Friday (#1)!

I decided to join this fun weekly meme! Question of the week is:

Activity! take a picture or describe where you love to read the most.

I love reading in quiet place with good lightning. Sometimes I listen to music when I'm reading, but loud voices distract me!

When I live in my parent's house, most of the time I read in my bedroom, especially in my bed. Other times I read in the study room in my house. Other than shelves of books in my study room, there are a computer where I can access my ebooks. I usually read ebooks in the computer there.

In college months, I live in my apartment. My apartment is a small one, so I do most of my reading in my bed. Sometimes I read books in my university's library. I love library because in library, no one dares to disturb you from your book! :)

I love reading in my bed! :)
